Live entertainment

Balloons made shall be of a small scale are to be made.

Deposit of £10 to be taken by card within 24 hours after booking by phone.

Any deposits not paid will result in cancellation without notice.

Charges of live entertainment is at £80 per hour.

Rest of total due shall be paid in cash after I have finished the hour, adding any charges of remade balloons.

A receipt shall be provided via email within 24 hours of the deposit paid and again within 24 hours of the event taking place.

Charges include travel to and from the event.

Any balloons broken by people during the event will not be able to remake any until everybody has received a balloon.

 Any time spent after the hour agreed will incur a charge of £1 per balloon character, regardless of time spent.

This will be agreed with by the host before I stay to spend more time.

It is up to the customers judgment to decide how long they would like to book for.  If I stay longer than the hour agreed, to ensure everybody has a balloon, this will incur a charge of £1 per balloon.  This will be agreed with the host before I decide to stay longer.  Anything done before the hour is up, is free of charge, including remakes.  However, I will not remake balloons until everybody has previously received one.

Time booked will be discussed at time of booking as to how many people are attending and what is required.

Premade

All balloons come in a large polythene bag and are freshly made.

Delivery is free and included in the price if you spend over £25 for Southam, Rugby, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Warwick and surrounding villages. Otherwise, rates are applied which will be discussed separately to each customer.

I do not cover outside of these areas without prior arrangement.

Orders need a minimum of one weeks' notice.  For larger orders, this may need more and can be discussed individually.

Card payments in advance over the phone in full within 24 hours of placing order for delivery.

Cash payments are accepted for collection. They will be provided with a receipt of this in due course, stating how much paid and how much is due

​

Customer shall receive a receipt within 24 hours after the time of payment.

​

Times of delivery or collection are discussed and prearranged with client. 

​

If the customer does not show to collect their order at time arranged, the quality of the balloon may be less great, due to time passed. I will keep all orders for collection no longer than 4 hours after collection time has passed and make every effort to contact the customer.

I will contact the customer via phone number provided to check you are available to receive your order from 3 days before time of delivery/collection.  I will attempt this up until delivery/collection time.  If no customer receives their order as a result they have paid for, then all money paid is not refunded.

Refunds are given to the customer should I not be able to create order or deliver as arranged.  In case of slight damage to balloons on delivery, the customer shall receive a 10% refund from total cost.

Damages can happen as these are balloons, but I do everything to prevent this, using polythene bags to decrease their deflation.  Balloons last different amount of time periods, but on average can stay in good condition for 24hours, although this cannot be guaranteed!

I will make balloons as late as possible so that they last longer for the customer.  However, on orders requiring a larger number of balloons, some may be a little more deflated than others, due to them having a longer time blown to shape.

The customer is responsible for the balloons as soon as they are handed over to them.  They shall be checked for any damage on arrival to customers delivery address.  If collecting, the customer is responsible for the balloon as soon as handed over.  It is up to the customer how they transport the balloon from collection address, and I will hold no responsibility for damage after this time.

Collections - Require full amount to be paid within 24 hours of placing order.

​

Delivery- Requires full amount paid via card within 24 hours of ordering.  Delivery free over £25 spent.  Delivery charges can be seen on Delivery and Collection tab.
